2 MORE WHEEL ROLLERS! I said this was the last of the wood(this specific maple butcher block) but then an old buddy of mine messaged me saying he had a small chunk of it in his shed that I could have!

4 years ago, I built myself a wheel roller to aid in the rebuilding of some of my wheels. I actually made a youtube video about it if you are curious. I got numerous requests to make these available for sale and never got around to it. But that time has finally come.

These rollers consist of a center section that is made from 1.5” thick maple butcher block. There are 1/4” thick laser cut acrylic plates screwed to either side that are holding 14” long and 1.9” diameter industrial conveyor rollers. These are PVC rollers with “sealed maintenance free bearings” They are purchased from McMaster Carr. More info is available for these rollers HERE. The overall dimensions of these wheel rollers are 14” long, 14.5” wide and 4.5” tall. The rollers are 12” center to center. On the bottom there are 1” round rubber feet in each corner.

This is a LIMITED product. The butcher block wood here is leftovers I had from the workbenches in my shop. The same wood that you see the visors, stickers etc sitting on all over this website.

WHEEL SIZE LIMITATIONS: While the total roller length is 14” not all of that is useable. The MAX width wheel you could use on these would be 13” wide. BUT I would stick with wheels no wider than 12.5” Additionally. I’ve used these rollers for 17” and 18” wheels. Anything larger (19, 20 etc) would be no problem BUT you will likely run into problems with wheels 16” and smaller. The problem being that the wheel will come into contact with the wood base not allowing it to spin.

International shipping on the other hand will be very expensive and yet may be cheaper at checkout than it actually is.
